If You Had A Problem Reserving At The Philcon Block Rate…

If you made your reservation by 11/10 but were told by the Hotel that the Philcon block was full so you were not given the Philcon rate, please contact our Hotel Liaison (hotel2008@philcon.org) ASAP and he will assist you in straightening this out. Please also provide the name in which you made the reservation and your confirmation number.

Hospitality Floor Requests

If you are willing or would prefer to be on the Hospitality floor (the 7th floor), which can be noisy, please let our Hotel Liaison know. If you are presently reserved for the 7th floor but do not want to be on the Hospitality floor, also please let the Hotel Liaison know. If you have any special requests/needs, such as a quiet floor, a lower floor, an accessible room, or any other special requirements, please let our Hotel Liaison know. In all cases, please also provide the name in which you made the reservation and your confirmation number.

Philcon room rates for the hotel are:

• Single/Double - $119
• Triple - $139
• Quad - $159
• Suite - $325

All rates are per night. Sales tax of 7% and occupancy tax of 8% are added to the above. The Philcon hotel block rates are good through November 10th so be sure to make your reservation by that time. You can reserve through the hotel reg website* or by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-381-9553.

Honoring Your Special Hotel Room Requests

Whether you’ve already made your reservation (either through the web site or by phone) or are just now making it, you may have special requests. You may prefer to be on a quiet floor or the hospitality floor. You may need your room to be adjacent to another person’s. Maybe you need to be near an elevator or not on a high floor. Whatever your request, even if you have already made it directly to the hotel as you reserved, please notify our Hotel Liaison (hotel2008@philcon.org) so that we can make sure your requests are honored, as possible.
